Job overview
Service Technician Level 2 is an onsite role in Lubbock, TX, paying $25–$30 per hour. A-Z Bus Sales provides vehicle service and repair in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The technician completes assigned vehicle repairs and maintenance, documents work and parts accurately, and communicates with service management and the parts department to support safe, efficient service and customer care.
What you'll do
- Complete assigned work orders
- maintain service tools
- obtain parts
- inspect vehicles and report additional or safety concerns
- record time, parts, and repair descriptions in NetSuite
- travel to customer sites for road service calls if qualified
- maintain clean work areas and secure parts
- follow safety rules and maintain required certifications
- assist with new bus deliveries, facility maintenance, and monthly safety inspections.
