Aviation Program/Project Director

• Lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• establish goals, scope, budgets, schedules, and metrics
• manage project controls and reporting
• coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• oversee design and construction coordination, contracts, procurement, risk, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial management
• lead and mentor project teams.
