CCRES partners with school districts to connect schools and communities with caring professionals and resources. The paraprofessional supports students’ academic, behavioral, social, and personal growth in classrooms and school activities. What you'll do

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and physical support to individual students or small groups
• implement IEP and 504 accommodations as directed
• reinforce learning and skill development
• support organizational, communication, problem-solving, and independent-living skills
• monitor participation and progress
• promote positive behavior and a safe learning environment
• collaborate with teachers and specialists
• supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and other activities.
