Direct Support Professional – Residential, Evening Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Rochester, NY, paying $21.55 per hour. The position is part of Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services, supporting its mission to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role exists to provide daily living assistance and individualized supports that help residents build independence, self-help, and social skills. The schedule is Thursday 3–11 p.m., Friday and Saturday 3–9 p.m., and Sunday and Monday 3–11 p.m., with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, and daily living
• support independence and social skills
• help ensure health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues.
