What you'll do

• Coordinate with engineers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• manage project specifications, contracts, estimates, and setup
• support preconstruction planning and submittals
• coordinate permitting and material ordering
• prepare and monitor schedules
• track subcontracted work and project costs
• manage project quantities, pay applications, performance metrics, and financial reviews
• support quality and safety initiatives.
