It helps maintain sound financial operations while supporting recruitment, employee administration, and organizational compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, records, GAAP compliance, grant reporting, and audits. Administer employee benefits and payroll
• support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• implement HR policies and support legal compliance.
