What you'll do

• Process basic to complex financial service transactions accurately and efficiently
• detect and report potential fraud or irregular transactions
• assist with deposit account opening and maintenance, consumer lending, and other bank products
• refer customers to other business lines
• support the Relationship Manager’s day-to-day work
• follow policies and procedures
• contribute to branch sales goals and coach and develop branch colleagues.
