What you'll do

• Direct managerial functions of the Infection Control Program
• assure compliance with CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA, and other applicable standards
• analyze infection data and identify trends, clusters, risk factors, and variances
• manage infection-control policies
• conduct surveillance, analysis, and reporting of hospital-acquired infections
• assist with clinical rotations, staff orientation, projects, audits, training, and the preceptor program.
