What you'll do

• Lead program launch and growth from a nine-bed pilot toward a permanent 40-bed facility
• build policies, workflows, staffing structures, and operating systems
• oversee non-clinical operations and guest experience
• coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharges with partners
• lead and develop staff
• build hospital and community partnerships
• monitor outcomes and performance
• manage the operating budget and support sustainability planning.
