What you'll do

• Supervise team members on service coordination, documentation, IFSP development, clinical issues, transitions, and family work
• hold regular supervision meetings
• support time management and scheduling
• review reports and IFSPs and provide feedback
• schedule staff reviews and evaluations
• support new staff orientation and certification
• conduct home visits and provide developmental activities and family support
• participate in evaluations and IFSP development
• maintain client records
• support community outreach and presentations.
