What you'll do

• Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and vehicle availability
• coordinate work with mechanics, dealerships, mobile providers, and vendors
• review estimates and maintenance histories
• audit repair invoices
• provide functional direction to plant mechanics and fleet contacts
• maintain vehicle, mileage, title, registration, warranty, and maintenance records
• monitor regulatory requirements and inspections
• support accident reporting and insurance claims
• analyze utilization, downtime, repair costs, fuel use, and related trends
• use Fleetio and Samsara systems
• provide after-hours support for significant breakdowns, accidents, or compliance events when needed.
