What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and presentation guidelines
• follow food safety rules
• keep recipes current and execute procedures consistently
• place expo-ready food in the service window
• complete prep work and line checks
• clean and sanitize the kitchen and station
• communicate ticket times and issues
• requisition products and maintain equipment
• rotate and label inventory.
