What you'll do

• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to establish and revise care plans
• provide nursing care consistent with professional standards and policies
• participate in unit performance improvement
• provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• promote patient independence
• follow infection-control and medication procedures
• maintain nursing supplies
• serve in the rotational charge nurse role after orientation and manager approval.

Why this role
