What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents and prospective residents
• tour apartment homes and the community with prospects
• support resident retention and resolve resident conflicts
• enforce community rules as needed
• process applications, lease renewals, and related paperwork
• manage sales outreach and lead generation
• coordinate with maintenance on apartment turnovers
• identify customer issue trends and advise management.
