This role supports the AWS Infrastructure Services team, which owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The role acts as the front line for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. It exists to ensure 99.999% uptime for mission-critical data center facilities by performing preventative maintenance, monitoring building systems, and resolving facility-level events.
