What you'll do

• Inspect the community and resolve maintenance problems
• perform maintenance activities and work orders as needed
• plan and schedule preventive maintenance
• lead and develop maintenance staff
• hire and oversee outside professionals
• inspect and maintain building systems
• review completed maintenance work
• manage budgets and expenditures
• monitor inventory and order supplies
• assist with capital projects
• report on maintenance strategy and KPIs
• ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety rules.
