The Operations Manager, Entertainment Venue role is onsite in Marion, IL. Compensation is $58,000–$70,000 annually, plus performance bonus. The manager supports Mammoth Fieldhouse's entertainment, food, beverage, and event operations. As the senior leader on the floor when the Director of Operations is off site, the manager runs shifts and coordinates staffing, supplies, game-area readiness, safety, and team support. Consistent operating systems and handoffs help the venue deliver smooth guest experiences.

What you'll do

• Serve as manager on duty during peak service, including nights and weekends
• run pre-shift and adjust staffing
• maintain manager logs, incident documentation, and shift handoffs
• handle guest recovery within authority
• execute scheduling
• manage supplies and inventory
• coordinate game-area readiness and equipment condition
• complete safety walkthroughs and work orders
• support POS setup and end-of-day reconciliation
• coach hourly teammates and support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
