What you'll do

• Oversee store and cafe operations
• lead the trade program and build design-community relationships
• maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, and coach staff
• manage guest service and trade-client needs
• share customer insights with product, marketing, and merchandising teams
• work with the Head of Retail on budgets, sales, expenses, promotions, and events
• ensure cafe food safety and sanitation
• maintain store and customer security.
