Description
Plans, develops, implements, and manages the Adult ECMO program. Oversees patient care activities, revises clinical policies and procedures, and maintains the quality of ECMO services. Works closely with the multidisciplinary team from ECMO initiation to discharge. Coordinates patient education, staff education, surgical coordination, and data collection.
