What you'll do

• Handle daily food preparation and production
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• store and rotate products
• plate and garnish dishes
• assist with menu development
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and health-code compliance
• wash dishes and cookware
• stock line stations
• check vendor deliveries and assist with inventory ordering
• close kitchen stations according to checklist
• attend employee meetings.
