What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond to incidents and critical situations following reporting and escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking and receiving areas, and the building perimeter
• monitor and report suspicious behavior, access issues, property damage, and hazards
• maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
