What you'll do

• Assess resident health needs and establish baseline status
• develop and implement individualized plans of care
• administer nursing care and maintain medical records
• oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel
• promote resident safety and use data and evidence to improve outcomes
• follow Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and the facility’s quality assurance program.
