The role contributes to reliable workflows for dispatch and field teams while supporting future automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain REST APIs for service orders, dispatch, billing, and asset management
• design SQL Server data models, stored procedures, and queries
• build integrations with enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, and Power Automate or Logic Apps
• maintain legacy C# code and build new services
• document APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger
• own workflow automation, audit history, reporting, and AI-enabled backend features
• ensure API performance, security, and reliability
• contribute to Angular UI components as needed
• participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and incremental delivery
• own assigned backend features through production deployment.
