This role produces precision aerospace components through advanced CNC programming and machining, supporting prototype development and production runs. It also contributes to quality and continuous improvement by mentoring junior machinists, providing design feedback, and maintaining accurate manufacturing documentation.

What you'll do

• Program, set up, and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines using solid models and technical drawings
• support prototype development and production schedules
• inspect parts using measurement tools
• operate and maintain shop machinery
• mentor junior machinists
• provide design feedback
• assist with production scheduling and estimating
• perform scheduled maintenance
• complete manufacturing documentation and material control
• follow safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
