What you'll do

• Prepare, paint, and detail aircraft components, including masking, sanding, and applying glazing and sealing compounds. Operate, clean, and maintain preparation and priming equipment
• mix paints and primers
• and perform leading-edge sealant work during final detailing. Coordinate with supervisors and inspection teams on FAA and company paperwork, sign-offs, and quality specifications. Follow procedures for tools and chemicals, use appropriate protective equipment, address unsafe conditions, and participate in continuous improvement.
