What you'll do

• Provide nursing care and patient monitoring
• prepare, monitor, and recover surgical patients
• assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
• perform laboratory testing
• operate radiology and ultrasound equipment
• administer prescribed medications and vaccines
• maintain controlled-drug logs, medical records, and treatment areas
• educate clients
• support inventory and supply ordering.
