The Pastry Chef role is onsite in Chelan, WA. The stated pay rate is $20.00–$24.50 per hour, DOE. The role supports Campbell’s Resort restaurants, banquets, events, and other food-and-beverage outlets. The position oversees daily pastry and dessert operations, producing baked goods and specialty items to consistent standards of taste, presentation, freshness, and portion control. It contributes to guest satisfaction through menu development, production planning, inventory and cost control, and coordination with culinary and banquet teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee pastry and bakery operations
• develop and cost recipes and menu items
• prepare pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• plan production for restaurants, banquets, weddings, events, and seasonal offerings
• assist with training and directing pastry staff as needed
• coordinate purchasing and inventory
• maintain food storage, rotation, sanitation, and cleanliness
• control waste, labor, and food costs
• communicate with culinary leadership and purchasing
• adapt production to business demand.
