The Multi-Trade Remodel Carpenter role is onsite, based in Pleasanton, CA, with work across Northern California. Compensation is $30–$36 per hour, depending on experience. Quality Mobile Home Services repairs and remodels manufactured, modular, and mobile homes. Working on a two-person crew, the carpenter completes hands-on repair and remodeling work across multiple trades, from framing and flooring to plumbing repairs and leveling. The role helps maintain and improve customers’ homes through skilled construction, careful job-site practices, and respectful communication with homeowners.

What you'll do

• Build and repair decks
• repair framing and subfloors
• install siding and flooring
• perform foundation, pier, and leveling work
• complete whole-home repipes and plumbing repairs
• perform trim, door, window, and drywall work
• work in crawl spaces and customer homes
• communicate respectfully and leave clean job sites.
