What you'll do

• Greet customers in the showroom or lot
• explain vehicle features and benefits and financing and leasing alternatives
• identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• prepare and submit paperwork
• prepare sold vehicles for delivery
• follow up with prospects
• maintain vehicle and automotive industry knowledge
• work toward sales management standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
