What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial statement packages
• record journal entries
• perform general ledger analysis and reconciliations
• support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• analyze financial results and explain variances
• assist with budgeting and forecasting
• prepare operating expense reconciliations and client deliverables
• maintain property accounting records
• support property transitions and client onboarding
• communicate with stakeholders
• support process improvements, controls, and audits.
