Automotive Parts Counter Associate

The Automotive Parts Counter Associate role is onsite in Seneca, SC. Compensation is based on experience; no numeric compensation range is specified. This position supports Scenic Chevrolet’s dealership parts operation. The role keeps parts purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment moving by identifying needed parts, placing and tracking orders, recording returns and receipts, and coordinating with customers and dealership staff.

What you'll do

• Determine and specify parts
• create and modify purchase orders and send them to vendors
• record warranty returns
• enter and track special orders and notify the appropriate staff or customer when parts arrive
• process invoices
• verify received merchandise against requisitions
• maintain purchase and inventory records
• conduct ongoing warehouse inventory
• attend weekly department meetings.
