Wellness Consultant — Client Experience and Sales

The Wellness Consultant — Client Experience and Sales role is onsite in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus performance incentives. The role supports Vida-Flo’s IV hydration and wellness clinic and its client experience. The consultant welcomes clients, learns about their needs, explains services and memberships, and makes recommendations suited to individual goals. The role also supports clinic growth through follow-up, membership sales, scheduling, checkout, and coordination with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and build client relationships
• learn client needs and explain services, memberships, and wellness offerings
• make recommendations based on individual needs and goals
• introduce and sell memberships and additional services
• follow up with prospective and existing clients
• support membership growth, revenue, retention, and performance goals
• manage scheduling, checkout, memberships, and payments
• maintain an organized clinic
• participate in meetings, sales training, and professional development.
