Project Manager – Civil Engineer

Job overview

The Project Manager – Civil Engineer role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with an additional office option in Springfield, IL. Compensation is $85,000–$140,000 per year. The position supports CMT’s civil infrastructure professional services work across its business groups. This role manages civil engineering design delivery for site development projects, coordinating with engineers, architects, project managers, clients, and stakeholders. It contributes through planning, technical design, construction documentation, field investigations, and project delivery while maintaining engineering standards and codes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to plan, design, and execute projects
• perform master planning, earthwork analysis, utility and pavement design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis
• prepare construction drawings and technical specifications
• interface with clients and stakeholders
• conduct report writing, field investigations, cost estimating, and construction observation
• attend client meetings.
