• develop messaging frameworks, case study outlines, positioning documents, and launch materials
• research ideal customer profiles, competitors, and audience needs
• create materials supporting lead generation and nurturing
• use approved AI tools within company guardrails
• coordinate messaging across product, sales, and marketing.
