What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, hydration, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities. Monitor comfort and vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output
• report changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive status
• document care and interactions.
