Customer Advocate

The Customer Advocate role is onsite in Boston, MA, with shifts of either 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 1 p.m.–9 p.m. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour. Carvana’s Customer Advocates support the customer car-buying and vehicle pickup experience. The role guides customers through vehicle pickup, completes paperwork, and addresses questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process. It contributes to a smooth, memorable customer experience while supporting safe vehicle handling and accurate records.

What you'll do

• Create a positive customer pickup experience at the car vending machine
• complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system
• address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process
• drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
