What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments, common areas, amenities, offices, and grounds
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe down, and sanitize assigned areas
• remove trash
• prepare apartments during move-outs
• report maintenance issues, hazards, and damage
• maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• travel between properties as assigned
• cooperate with property teams.
