What you'll do

• Process customer repair work orders and service or repair Stihl power equipment, primarily two-cycle handheld units
• provide high-quality repairs
• use tools and equipment safely
• complete warranty paperwork
• communicate special-order parts needs
• complete service work promptly
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• and communicate with customers. Participation in equipment sales may be required or desired as stated in the posting.
