What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing processes
• collaborate on quality improvement
• supervise nursing and medical assistant staff and assist with dental assistant supervision
• coordinate staff schedules, orientation, and competency assessments
• conduct performance evaluations
• collaborate with triage on urgent patient disposition
• monitor patient flow
• develop staff education
• provide direct care as needed
• coordinate vaccine and laboratory functions
• oversee clinical logs and floor-stock medications
• coordinate emergency training
• serve as the on-site nursing liaison for the EMR and to other departments and agencies.
