What you'll do

• Schedule new-patient legal referrals, provider depositions, and meetings with attorneys
• request and send visit notes when cleared
• coordinate patient orders and surgery scheduling
• communicate with law firms about deposits and invoices
• prepare and send surgical cost estimate letters
• update tracking records
• answer phone and email inquiries
• assist with referrals, records, billing records, and charges
• conduct marketing one to two times every two weeks.
