What you'll do

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and OASIS documentation
• develop, implement, and update care plans
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• monitor progress and report changes
• provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
• educate patients, families, and caregivers
• maintain clinical documentation
• coordinate with the healthcare team
• follow Medicare, state, and company policies.
