What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and portion guidelines
• coordinate food production for timely service
• follow standardized recipes and accommodate special diet orders
• operate kitchen equipment safely and comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
• clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and work areas
• assist with meal preparation, food storage, and inventory.
