The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist role is an onsite position based in Hot Springs, AR. 29 - $67.82, and this role supports the CenterWell Home Health clinical team in delivering personalized rehabilitation care. This role exists to provide speech and language pathology services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. The pathologist evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and administers therapeutic interventions to address speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and provide speech/language pathology services
• participate in Plan of Treatment development
• assess and treat speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders
• administer diagnostic tests
• document patient progress and report changes to physicians
• provide patient and family counseling
• participate in discharge planning.
