What you'll do

• Lead Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• improve production time, order defect rate, and cost per order
• train and coach baristas on safety, procedures, and productivity
• meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses
• maintain legal and company compliance
• implement safety and human resources measures
• develop facility action plans
• ensure shift coverage during scheduled shifts, peak times, and weekends
• use data and observations to guide decisions
• collaborate on labor forecasting and scheduling
• implement initiatives and support team development.
