The Superintendent - MEP is an onsite role based in Houston, TX, with a salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 per year. This position supports a specialized General Contractor dedicated to building and sustaining critical infrastructure projects. The role exists to manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on large-scale construction projects. The Senior Superintendent provides technical expertise and leadership to ensure that all MEP work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Manage MEP project aspects, supervise subcontractors, approve designs, collaborate with project stakeholders, monitor project progress, ensure safety compliance, resolve technical issues, conduct inspections, manage material procurement, and report to senior management.
