What you'll do

• Source and procure materials, supplies, equipment, and services
• create and manage purchase orders
• maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements
• monitor inventory and replenishment
• resolve vendor, invoice, shipment, and quality issues
• maintain purchasing records and contracts
• collaborate with internal departments
• prepare procurement reports and analyze trends
• follow procurement policies and regulations
• identify process and supplier improvements
• communicate with stakeholders by email and telephone.
