What you'll do

• Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing machines
• wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• keep the dishwashing area clean and hazard-free
• sweep and mop floors
• empty trash and recycling
• assist with basic dish preparation and kitchen organization
• follow food-safety protocols
• collaborate with culinary and service teams.
