What you'll do

• Order construction equipment and vehicle parts
• purchase shop consumables, tools, and supplies
• receive, track, and monitor orders
• maintain inventory
• enter invoices and purchasing documentation
• verify vendor invoices against repair orders
• communicate with mechanics and team members
• assist with the Preventative Maintenance Program
• pick up vendor orders as needed
• maintain accurate records and organized documentation.
