Independent Living Sales Counselor

Job overview

The Independent Living Sales Counselor role is onsite in Denton, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional weekend tours may be required. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The role supports the Independent Living Manager and welcomes prospective residents and visitors to the senior community. The position helps prospective residents explore the community and supports occupancy through tours, timely follow-up, and referral management. It also provides customer service and clerical support that keeps the Independent Living office organized and responsive.

What you'll do

• Welcome prospective residents and visitors
• maintain calendars, spreadsheets, brochures, notices, and flyers
• answer and route calls and forward messages
• monitor office equipment and supplies
• prepare and copy documents
• respond to inquiries and tour requests
• maintain the referral system
• conduct community tours
• communicate with prospective residents
• maintain confidentiality and positive resident relationships.
