What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse facilities
• supervise, train, and manage employees
• coordinate receiving, storage, inventory, handling, and shipping of cotton
• maintain safe, clean, organized facilities
• enforce safety policies and USDA requirements
• inspect facilities, equipment, and fire-protection systems
• monitor staffing, inventory, shipping, and maintenance
• communicate updates to management
• coordinate with employees, customers, drivers, and vendors
• and travel between local facilities as needed. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends during peak cotton season.
